Stand 4 Sisterhood is excited to present #PamperCize2020 for the 4th year: Sat Feb 01 @ 9-12 noon.
This is a FREE community event designed to provide awareness and prevention power against the top 4 diseases that plagues our society:obesity, cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
Join in on the Get-Fit sessions that will be offered throughout the event.
