  1. What is the capacity of the space?
    50 Seated at tables, 60 Lecture style, 75 Standing

  2. Is setup and cleanup time included in the rental price?
    No, setup and cleanup must be included in your rental hours.

  3. What is the rental rate?
    $120/hr Sunday - Saturday (2 hour min. rental per event)

  4. Do you offer tables and chairs?   Yes, tables and chairs are included in rental.  (6 Rectangle Tables (8 ft. each), Chairs, 8 tall Pedestal Tables)

  5. What are the Add-on prices?

    • $8 each table linen (black, white, gold or blue) and runners (white, black, red, blue, gold, purple)

    • $2.50 each chair covers (black or white) and sashes (red, gold, white, blue)

    • $50 – elegant champaign colored Chiavari chairs (max qty 50). Same price regardless of quantity.

    • $20 - backdrop stand​​​

  6. Is a deposit required to secure my date?
    Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

  7. When is the final payment due?
    The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  8. Is there parking available?
    Yes, free parking is available near the gallery. A small parking lot is located directly across the street from the gallery.

  9. Can I bring in my own vendors (catering, DJ, etc.)?
    Yes, you are welcome to use your own vendors.  We also have a list of preferred vendors available upon request.

  10. Can I tour the gallery before booking?  Absolutely! Tours are available during gallery hours or by appointment. Contact us to schedule.

  11. Is there a sound system or projector available?
    Yes, we offer a Bluetooth speaker and 70’ monitor upon request.

  12. Do you allow decorations?
    Yes, you may decorate the space, but no nails, tape on walls, confetti/glitter or lit candles is allowed.

  13. What are the clean-up requirements?

    • The space must be left in the same clean condition as it was found.

    • All trash should be bagged and removed.

  14. What happens if I need to cancel my event?

    • The deposit is non-refundable.

    • The remaining balance may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months of the original event date.
